Katundu Chandelier

The Katundu Chandelier is made from discarded glass bottles collected, broken down and tumbled smooth in a homemade glass tumbler. Each piece is hand-wrapped in copper wire and suspended from a welded frame alongside copper discs and strips cut from locally sourced scrap.

The mix of softened glass and aged copper gives Katundu its distinctive texture and colour, with each piece varying slightly depending on the glass used.
