Contemplative Bronze Sculpture

Cast in bronze, this sculpture draws from Albert György’s Mélancolie (2012), the monumental work known for its hollow torso and bowed, introspective pose. The open centre gives the piece its emotional weight, turning absence into part of the form. This smaller interpretation retains that distinctive composition in a scale suited to interiors, with a textured bronze surface that catches and shifts with the light.
